I’ve been a practicing chiropractor since 1987 and have had the privilege of serving individuals and families in Los Altos, California, since 1999. My approach is grounded in compassionate, personalized care—helping people of all ages improve mobility, reduce pain, and live more active, fulfilling lives.
After graduating from New York Chiropractic College, I gained early clinical experience in New York City, Florida, and Connecticut. I then spent six years practicing internationally, including participation in a groundbreaking four-year interdisciplinary program at a major hospital. That work contributed to the broader integration of chiropractic care into clinics and hospitals across the country—an achievement I’m proud to have been part of. I also spent seven years as an associate professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, mentoring future chiropractors as an educator, clinician, and small business owner.
Before entering the chiropractic field, I completed a master’s degree in ergonomics and occupational biomechanics. My early background in dance sparked a lifelong passion for movement, which continues to shape my clinical approach, especially in treating injuries related to dance, athletics, work, auto accidents, and everyday activity. My own recovery from a serious dance injury, avoiding prescribed back surgery and healing through chiropractic care, deepened my belief in the body’s natural capacity to recover and thrive.
At our practice, we treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues and are honored to receive referrals from trusted medical colleagues who value safe, effective, and affordable natural care for their patients. With decades of experience and a deep commitment to integrative wellness, I believe that movement, spinal health, and a holistic approach to care are key to aging well and living life to one's fullest.
